To ensure the safety and success of all participants, Cornerstone Housing has established specific eligibility criteria for admission.

Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Primary Focus: Our housing serves individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Applicants should be committed to maintaining sobriety and must be eager to transform their life for the better.

Mental and Physical Health: While we do not provide medical or psychiatric care, individuals should be physically and mentally stable enough to participate in daily activities and group settings.

Willingness to Participate: Participants must be willing to actively engage in their recovery, attend recovery meetings, mandatory house meetings, and adhere to house rules and policies.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants should demonstrate the ability to meet financial obligations, including monthly fees.

Application Process Inquiry: To begin the application process, interested individuals or their support network can contact Cornerstone Housing for an application form or apply below.

Application Form: Complete the application form thoroughly and truthfully. The application form will require personal information, substance use history, and other relevant details.

Interview: After reviewing your application, Cornerstone Housing will conduct an interview to assess your eligibility and suitability for residency.

Background Check: A background check will be conducted through KeyCheck to ensure the safety of participants and management. The participants are responsible for the non-refundable background check fee of $44.99.

Notification: Once your application and background check is approved, you will be notified of your acceptance, and the next steps will be discussed.

Admission Procedures:

Deposit: Upon acceptance, a security deposit of $200 is required to secure your spot in the house.

Move-In Date: You will be provided with a move-in date. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Monthly Rent: $850 per month.

Orientation: Upon arrival, you will be required to pass a urine analysis and/or breathalyzer test. You will also participate in a comprehensive orientation session that covers the house rules, expectations, and the structure of the program. We will also have you review and sign the policies and procedures manual.
